  • basic nutrition guidance (calories/macros + habit support as needed)

  • ongoing messaging support (24–48 hr response)

$199/month

the flexibility of virtual coaching with in-person guidance + accountability.

includes:

  • two 45-minute in-person personal training sessions per month (at your home or mine). in-home sessions are available within 10 miles of Venetia. A small travel fee may apply for locations outside this area.

  • personalized weekly strength program (2–5 workouts/week) customized to your schedule + available equipment

  • app-based coaching + tracking

  • basic nutrition guidance (macros, habits, simple adjustments)

  • ongoing messaging support

optional add ons:

  • additional 45-minute in-person sessions —$50/session

  • in-person recovery - extend your session with 20 minutes of recovery support, including red light therapy, PEMF, or compression boots— $20/session

billed monthly, no contract

30 minutes: $50/session or $225/5 sessions
